Weekly rates
08.01.12 – 27.04.12 = £ 350
28.04.12 – 29.06.12 = £ 420

Christmas/New Year = £ 450

Weekends (Fri 16h00 - Sun 11h00) = £225
The gîte sleeps 4 and is available all year. From 1 May to 30 September, we only accept bookings of whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
During other months, we are happy to negotiate arrival and departure days.
You are asked to arrive after 4pm on the first date you book, and to leave by 10am on the day after the last night of your booking.
Sheets, towels and electricity are included in the price. Smoking is not allowed inside the gîte. We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
Rental Conditions
When you reserve, we ask you for a 30% security deposit of the total rental price. We need to receive this within 10 days of when you make the booking. You need to pay the remaining 70% balance 10 weeks before your arrival date. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the total amount must be paid.
In the event of cancellation, any sums paid will be non-returnable if we are unable to rent the gîte to another tenant. We will do our best to find another tenant but cannot guarantee to be able to do so within the time left between cancellation and the start of the rental period.
We also ask for a security deposit of £100 to be paid on your arrival. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your stay if there has been no damage done to the gîte. In the event of minor damages or loss, we will pay for these out of the security deposit, returning the balance to you. You will be held responsible for all damage or losses exceeding the value of the security deposit. When you leave, the gîte must be left as clean and tidy as you found it. If you fail to do this, money may be taken from your security deposit to cover cleaning costs.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer in pounds sterling to our English bank account. On acceptance of your booking we will give you the bank details so that you can arrange the payment.
Please note that all transfer and exchange costs are payable by you.

WELCOME FOOD PACK
Includes: baguette, ham, camembert, butter, pot of "rillettes" (regional speciality), bottle of water, bottle of milk, lettuce, apples - 20 euros.
BIKE HIRE
We have 4 bikes available for hire. 5 euros per day or 25 euros per week each.
FRENCH CONVERSATION CLASSES
Lesley was a French teacher in England and is now an English teacher in France!
Individual tuition - 25 euros per hour.
Groups (2-4) - 35 euros per hour per group.
WINE TASTING
We can suggest a number of local "caves" to visit (some require a phone call in advance to arrange a tasting) - we can do this for you.
If you'd like to be taken, and brought home, we can arrange transport (at a small cost).
